We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise/goods within 7 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise/goods should be unworn/unused and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item purchased online we will pay for the packaging and delivery costs. Please contact us so that we may assist you.

Please include a copy of your Receipt or Order Number as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 5-7 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Visacard or Bkash you will receive a refund on your Visacard or Bkash
If merchandise is recieved by us after the 10 days return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case the parcel will be returned to the customer.
